· Skin irritation induces the secretion of inflammatory cytokines such as interleukin-1α (IL-1α) along with structural changes in keratinocytes, which can worsen into the dermatitis in severe cases.

For skin regeneration, the increase in collagen secretion and binding amountof hyaluronic acid is required, and STeMiN has confirmed such effects.
• EGF (Epidermal Growth Factor) is an “epidermal growth factor” that is the cell growth promoter present in our skin and plays a role in healing the skin wounds, maintaining the elasticity, and stabilizing the damaged skin.
• VEGF (Vascular Endothermic Growth Factor) is a growth factor that induces the blood vessel formation.The development of vascular tissue, including skin regeneration and hair growth, and the supply of oxygen and nutrients through this development are essential.Therefore, VEGF is used as the very important factor in wrinkle prevention, anti-aging, and skin regeneration.
